Artscape: POV

Co-led production of USC’s fastest-growing immersive arts festival, spanning 3 venues, 2 stages, 10+ performances, and 7 installations. Managed an 8-person team and $130K+ budget while leading end-to-end production from concept through execution. Coordinated permitting and operations with USC departments and LA city agencies (FPM, TES, ADA, DPS, LAFD, LAPD, LA DBS), and oversaw vendors, fabrication partners, and on-site logistics. Scaled attendance from 181 to 2,086 (+1052%) year-over-year, increased budget from $56K to $136K (+141%), reduced cost per attendee from $312 to $65 (-79%), and achieved 7.5x faster audience growth than budget growth.
